Abstract

The use of payment gateway technology is important for MSMEs to increase the efficiency of online transactions. This study aims to integrate Midtrans using Snap Token as a digital payment system for MSME Mulyatex to provide easy transactions for customers and increase the efficiency of financial records. The research method used is Extreme Programming (XP), which allows iterative and flexible system development. Testing was carried out using a simulation environment (Midtrans sandbox) before being implemented in the production phase. The results of the study showed that the Snap Token integration was successfully implemented in the development phase, with a system capable of processing Virtual Account (VA), credit card, and convenience store (cstore) transactions in real-time, including automatic payment status updates. In addition, the test results show that the Midtrans sandbox has characteristics that resemble the production system, so that the system that has been tested in the development stage can be applied to production with little or no significant changes.
