Abstract
Banyak orang yang suka bepergian ke tempat wisata baru yang belum pernah dikunjungi namun sering kali tidak mengabadikan tempat baru tersebut. Maka banyak yang lupa dan memori cepat hilang. Pada penelitian ini, penulis membuat aplikasi Implementasi Location Based Service (LBS) Geotagging Untuk Portal Informasi Wisata Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam mengabadikan tempat baru berdasarkan titik lokasi yang dikunjungi. Aplikasi ini dapat menyimpan marker koordinat lokasi pada sebuah peta OSM yang terdapat di dalam aplikasi, nama, deskripsi singkat dan foto lokasi wisata. Foto yang disimpan dapat lebih dari satu. Hasil dari implementasi penelitian ini, aplikasi dapat membantu mengingat dan mengabadikan lokasi yang pernah dikunjungi. Kata kunci : Geotagging, Location Based Service (LBS), Wisata
