Abstract
Kota Batam merupakan salah satu pulau yang ada di Indonesia. Kota Batam merupakan daerah yang sangat strategis yang diapit oleh beberapa negara Asia seperti Malaysia dan Singapura. Oleh karena itu, kota Batam merupakan salah satu objek wisata yang sering dikunjungi. Kota Batam yang dikategorikan sebagai kota industri, banyak menarik wisatawan untuk mengunjungi pusat - pusat yang terkenal di kota Batam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi geografis pencarian hotel di Kota Batam. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan mengunakan bahasa pemograman PHP, Javascripst, Google Maps API dan basisdata MySql. Aplikasi ini menampilkan informasi hotel beserta informasi jarak dan rute menuju ke lokasi hotel, menampilkan informasi fasilitas di sekitar hotel, berupa ATM, supermarket dan restoran serta dapat melakukan pencarian hotel terdekat Hasil penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi geografis pencarian hotel di Kota Batam yang dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna atau wisatawan, yang ingin mencari informasi hotel di kota Batam Kata kunci : JavaScript, Pencarian, Php dan Mysql
