Abstract

Berdasarkan berjalannya waktu banyak developer berlomba untuk membuat aplikasi tentang monitoring dengan teknologi yang mutahir, salah satu teknologi yang banyak dikembangkan saat ini ialah teknologi Progressive Web Apps(PWA). Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mencoba menerapkan teknologi Progressive Web Apps(PWA) pada aplikasi monitoring service laptop berbasis website di Bengkel OS. Memanfaatkan teknologi Progressive Web Apps yang dapat berjalan pada kondisi jaringan internet yang buruk atau bahkan dalam keadaan offline sekalipun, mendapatkan push notifikasi jika terdapat pembaruan bahkan dapat dijadikan homescreen pada device mobile. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi monitoring service laptop secara user friendly dan pelanggan dapat melihat informasi pengerjaan laptop secara offline dengan adanya service worker yang bekerja di backend. Kata kunci : Monitoring, Progressive Web Apps(PWA), Push Notification, Service Laptop, Service Worker, Web.
