Abstract
RT treasurer in Kwaron RT03 village in managing RT cash finance still uses the manual method by recording in the RT cash financial statement book and the cash contribution payment data is still stored in a notebook, so the contribution payment data is not well integrated which causes residents to become burdened because of billing dues at monthly RT meeting meetings. This system can input RT cash contributions by scanning the QR code attached to the residents' homes. This system can also view bills, view cash information, and view patrol schedules. This system is made using the Java programming language for the mobile side and for the webserver side using the PHP programming language, and the database uses MySQL.
