Abstract
Guru adalah tenaga kependidikan yang tugas utamanya mendidik, mengajar, membimbing, mengarahkan, melatih, dan menilai karna guru yang berhadapan langsung dengan peserta didik. Dalam menentukan guru berprestasi tentu adanya kesulitan sehingga diperlukan sebuah metode. Untuk itu dirancang sebuah sistem untuk menentukan guru berprestasi dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Konsep dasar dari metode SAW adalah mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternatif pada semua atribut. Sistem ini di buat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan MySQL sebagai database. Perancangan sistem bertujuan untuk membatu SD Inpres Oinlasi dalam menentukan guru berprestasi. Kata kunci : Guru, Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), PHP, SD Inpres Oinlasi.
