Abstract
Perkembangan sektor pariwisata saat ini sangat menjanjikan. Pariwisata yang dikelola secara maksimal akan memberikan dampak secara langsung bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu daerah. Pulau Flores khususnya memiliki potensi yang besar dibidang pariwisata, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu media untuk memperkenalkan potensi pariwisata yang ada. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, media informasi yang saat ini sangat populer adalah internet, karena keunggulannya yaitu dapat diakses dengan mudah dan cepat dari mana saja. Dalam perancangan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) ini diperlukan beberapa software yang terdiri dari beberapa bahasa pemrograman. Sistem Informasi Geografis Pariwisata di pulau Flores menghasilkan informasi yang akurat tentang obyek wisata, fasilitas dan rute perjalanan. Selain itu juga sistem ini bermanfaat bagi pemerintah daerah dalam mengolah data setiap objek wisata maupun fasilitas pendukung yang ada. Kata kunci : SIG, Internet, Flores.
