Abstract
Masyarakat kini akan lebih cenderung mengakses internet melalui perangkat mobile yaitu ponsel pintar maupun komputer tablet, peneliti membuat sebuah website untuk obyek pariwisata Kabupaten Biak Numfor yang tidak hanya bisa diakses melalui personal komputer namun juga dapat diakses melalui berbagai macam perangkat mobile tersebut. Munculah istilah responsive web design (RWD) dengan teknologi terbaru yaitu HTML5 .Sistem ini berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman php dan menggunakan framework bootstrap, sehingga sangat efektif untuk media promosi obyek pariwisata di Kabupaten Biak Numfor, penggunaan website tidak hanya terbatas hanya dari segi tampilan melainkan juga dari sisi penambahan fitur google map agar masyarakat lebih terbantu dan tertarik untuk mengakses suatu website. Dari hasil penelitian ini adalah membuat website obyek wisata menggunakan teknologi Desain Responsive dengan Google Maps. Kata kunci : Obyek Wisata, Google Map, framework Bootstrap.
