Abstract
Perkembangan suatu teknologi informasi komputer khususnya di Indonesia, maka media internet sangat membantu sebagai sistem informasi untuk pengolahan suatu data. Sistem informasi ini di buat untuk memudahkan pegawai, untuk melakukan kegiatan rapat. Sistem informasi ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP, database menggunakan MySQL dan SMS Gateway sebagai notifikasi bagi pengguna. Penyampaian dalam informasi ini adalah cara untuk membantu menyebarkan undangan bagi peserta rapat. Harapan dengan adanya Sistem Pengelolaan Rapat Menggunakan Sms Gateway ini dapat membantu terutama bagi admin dan peserta rapat untuk melakukan penyampaian informasi undangan rapat. Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi, Pengelolaan Rapat.
