Abstract
Digital painting adalah suatu bentuk seni yang muncul dari teknik lukis tradisional seperti cat air, minyak, impasto, dll yang diterapkan dengan menggunakan alat-alat dan media digital pada komputer, tablet digitalisasi dan stylus, dan perangkat lunak. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik digital painting untuk dapat diterapkan dalam suatu aplikasi komputer. Aplikasi ini diterapkan menggunakan tool JavaFX 1.3 dalam merancang dan membangun antar muka sistemnya. Tool-tool dibuat Menggunakan algoritma dasar 2D grafika komputer seperti garis, path, lingkaran, mouse x, mouse y, dan komposisi warna RGB. Dengan aplikasi ini pengguna dapat membuat berbagai kreasi gambar vector yang dapat menyerupai lukisan dengan berbagai tool dan komposisi warna. Kata Kunci :Digital Painting, Grafika Komputer, JavaFX, Gambar Vector.
